For review
- Everything organiser-set: run name, logo, colours, target km, dates, fees, PayNow details, rewards, collection details and notification wording all come from the organiser web console. The values shown are samples, and the theme buttons at the top preview how branding re-skins the app.
- Two products: participants use the iPhone and Android apps; organisers use the web console on a computer. Security on the console: invite-only, two-factor sign-in, staff roles set by a lead admin (Lead admin, Admin, Approver, Collection staff, Viewer), audit log, auto sign-out.
- Designer brief: design the app as a themeable template, not one fixed look: every screen must work with any organiser-chosen primary and accent colour and logo.
- Muslim organisation: defaults use Islamic greetings, no notifications during Friday prayers (and optionally the daily prayer times), Ramadan messages, sizes beyond 2XL and long-sleeve options, and modest attire in all imagery. All are organiser settings.
- Privacy and consent: a public privacy page (linked at the top), a Me screen where participants manage their data, and optional marketing choices at sign-up that the organiser defines in the console (Consent & privacy). Marketing choices start unticked and are never required.
- Fees shown: S$20 donation and S$25 finisher package are examples; amounts are still open questions.
- Not drawn yet: log-in, profile/settings, the Strava and Apple Health permission prompts (system screens), rejected-proof state; console sub-tabs for run details, distance, dates and leaderboard; flagged-treks page; participant search.
- Platforms: native iPhone and Android apps. Screens are drawn once in a neutral style; the designer adapts them to iOS conventions and Material Design 3 (5 and 5b show the main difference).
- Tracking sources: Strava and phone health data only (Apple Health on iPhone, Health Connect on Android). No manual entry, GPX upload or in-app GPS.
